Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Since payment is made through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided in the form of cash reimbursement or an agreed replacement, depending on the customer’s preference.
